Baking and Confectionery Industry Fair BAKEPOL organised by Międzynarodowe Targi Poznańskie is the largest technology fair for the bakery and confectionery industry in the south-eastern Poland. Location in Kielce facilitates representatives bakeries, confectionery plants and bakery-pastry plants from this region of the country become acquainted with a wide spectrum of latest technologies.
